Client Service
Our goal is to provide personalized care for your clients and their pets. Most clients interested in specialty referral veterinary care appreciate (and sometimes expect) this extra attention, which can be difficult to provide in a busy general-practice setting.
Keeping You Informed
We recognize the importance of keeping you informed about your pet's medical care. We want to work with you, sharing information, to provide optimal patient care.
Our Equipment
We are uniquely equipped to provide state-of-the-art medical care. Our current equipment includes Doppler color flow ultrasound, video endoscopy, an ICU ventilator, full in-house lab, and much more. We have made, and will continue to make, a major investment in equipment allowing us to provide the most advanced level of medical care for your patients.
Policies and Procedures:
Referral Policies
Pets with a need for specialty care, identified by your regular family veterinarian, are accepted on a referral basis only. We do not provide routine medical services.
As our practice works in close association with the emergency service to allow 24-hour emergency care, patients staying overnight with the emergency service occasionally “transfer” to our daytime internal medicine service for advanced care. Before such a transfer is made, the emergency doctor will first contact you to discuss the care of your pet and the plan desired by your regular veterinarian. |
